I have bought a few things that podcasters have recommended. The bag balm for my elbows, and soy candles by phebes candles.

Howard Jones…where was I? In high-school…I remembered because I had bleached brown hair which was a big no no in an old boys school and a moon-size crush over a straight classmate!
