Had about 40 (!) last night for my BHBH party.  great turnout, and everyone loved my new place.   I’ll tell more in my next podcast, in the next couple of days…promise!

Today’s my birthday!  I hate having it this early - nobody wants to do anything the 1st week of January - that’s why I am officially partying next weekend.

Good news.  Should be 50F here today.  Very unusual weather for my birthday.
