Chicago passed a smoking ban that went into effect on January 15th…essentially no-smoking in any public space and 15 feet from any entrances. Bars and Nightclubs are exempted until 2008. I am personally kind of pissed at that last part as that is how I get most of my second hand smoke, but the ban is better than nothing.

Of course, New Jersey just banned it across the state (exempting casinos). New Jersey can do this but Illinois can’t? Wimps

I decided I liked the M3 Power so I went out and got a bunch of blades at Costco. I do have to remember to not take that razor with me on trips though. I took my vibrating toothbrush on a trip a couple of months ago and it went off at the airport. Security had to rummage through my bag. How embarassing. I will either take a non-vibrating razor or I will pop the batteries out before I leave.

I ran out of razor blades so I tried the Gilette M3 Power Razor. Once you get over that the damn thing vibrates when you shave, it actually seems to do a good job. I’ll use it for another few days before I make the decision to switch or not.

Side note - my bronchitis has cleared up. Only occasional and non-deep coughs now.
